At the automotive supplier BMPT (Beiqi Mould & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd) in Beijing, a completely new painting line with color mixing room was installed. The line consists of a total of 5 booths. There are a total of 8 robots in the 3 painting booths, plus 2 robots for pre-treatment with the in-house flame treatment system and one robot for quality assurance in the automatic paint mixing cell.
With its long experience in the field of surface technology, ASIS was able to cover the following areas:

- Engineering of the control software of the paint booths, material supply and application technology in the base coat.
- Electrical installation of all booth controls, material supply and application technology

- Project coordination during planning, commissioning and ramp-up phase
- Creation and running-in of the painting programs
- Quality assurance by means of color measuring cell, BycMac, Wacescan and colorimetric evaluation
