Robot painting line AD-Plastik
For AD-Plastik, the construction of this state-of-the-art paint line was a great challenge, since many technologies new to our customer were used, such as high-rotation atomizers, piggable special paint stations and robots in line tracking. ASIS supplied the complete control technology of the process engineering, conveyor technology as well as robot application for this plant. Mechanically, the application technology, the robots and the paint supply were part of the ASIS GmbH scope of supply. In addition, painting programs for 3 types in 3 different colors were created by our painting experts.
The plant was equipped with:
- 2x Fanuc M20iA with ASIS flame treatment station
- 2x Fanuc P-250 with 2K primer gun application
- 4x Fanuc P-250 with 1K basecoat application (2x ESTA bells, 2x gun)
- 2x Fanuc P-250 with 2K clear coat with ESTA bells
- 15x paint containers for primer, base coat and clear coat
- 2x color supply for mixed material for primer and clear coat
- 2x special color supply for basecoats
The following control technology was used:
- Siemens controllers of the S7400 and S7300 series
- Main visualization with 3x Wonderware InTouch 10.1
- Cabin visualization with 5x Siemens MP277
- Siemens RFID skid data acquisition
