We advise you independently. Along the complete process chain of surface technology, we advise you independently of manufacturers. Choose your robot manufacturer according to your preferences or what is already in your company. With our broad technology expertise, we know the different advantages of the robot types down to the smallest detail.

Open control technology standard
Your control system is yours. ASIS systems have an open control standard and are no black box for you. Updates and expansions can be easily imported internally via ASIS or also by external partners. Thanks to the standardized and consistent software, all parameters are summarized in a clear visualization of the current status of the entire plant.

Robot simulation from practice
We operate our own site for virtual factory. ASIS combines technology and practice. Painting and simulation experts are brought together under one roof at ASIS and engage in a lively exchange. This is how simulations are created that show a precise image of reality.

Solutions for your digitization strategy
Your data is yours, use it. With our Surface Analytics 4.0 process data analysis software, you have an overview of all parts of your plant. With CC-Edit, the editing of color change sequences becomes child’s play.

Pretreatment
A coating of the highest quality starts with the pretreatment. We offer our own Rob-Flame flame treatment system as well as other cleaning processes such as CO2 cleaning, spray pre-treatment or blow-off zones.

Robotics and Application
Application technology from the same mould. Starting with robot programming via paint application, paint supply or atomizer cleaning, we offer our own solutions. Modular in design, extremely flexible in use and with sustainable spare parts supply.

Drying
There is high potential for saving energy in drying technology. We offer highly insulated convection dryers and adhesive water dryers.

Process Engineering
In the planning phase, detailed process schemes are worked out. In plant construction we supply cooling zones, air-conditioning housings, flash-off zones and clean room technology.

Conveyor Technology
Process-safe moving with floor conveyor technology, electric overhead conveyors, storage and retrieval units, skid conveyors, power & free systems or circular conveyors.
