Pretreatment

Application technology from a single source. Depending on your requirements, we select a combination of powder coating with 2-axis lifting stands, 6-axis industrial robots with anti-buckling device. Powder supply with powder recycling saves costs and increases the sustainability of the coating.

Oven & process engineering
There is great potential for saving energy in drying technology. We offer highly insulated powder ovens with A-locks, annealing zones with electrically heated radiant panels, cooling zones, air-conditioning housings and the correspondingly designed ventilation technology with air conditioning.
