Polish-Sup: Precise dispensing for perfect results
The correct dispensing of the polishing compound is crucial for a perfect finish, but is often overlooked. Traditionally, around 1 g of polishing compound is used for manual application, but this can vary. Our Polish-Sup system ensures an exact dosage of 0.1 to 0.4 g – precisely matched to the respective requirements.
Polishing paste is hard to convey. It dries quickly, clogs pipes and air can get into the system. With our expertise in paint shops, we have developed and patented the innovative Polish-Sup system. This system works with cartridges that sit directly on the robot, keeping the lines extremely short. The all-aluminum housing is powered by compressed air, and all connections are equipped with air-free stainless steel quick couplings. A position sensor monitors the filling level of the cartridge and informs you at all times how many bodies can still be processed and when a cartridge change is necessary.

Polish pump: Efficient filling for smooth production
We have developed Polish-Pump for efficient filling. With this compact polish trolley, up to 8 cartridges can be filled quickly and cleanly in a single operation. All connections are also fitted with air-free quick-release couplings to prevent air pockets and ensure a smooth process.
