Your Path to Joining the ASIS Team

From your application to your employment contract: find out how we get to know each other and what to expect during the application process.

1. Apply online

Apply easily through our careers page. A cover letter is optional. For a speculative application, however, it helps us understand your interests and the type of role you are looking for.

2. Application review

We carefully review your application. If we need any additional documents, such as certificates or references, we will get in touch.

3. Initial phone call

During a short phone call, we clarify any initial questions and arrange a time for our first interview.

4. First interview

We meet online via Microsoft Teams or in person at ASIS to discuss your experience, expectations and the role. Depending on the position, a further interview may follow.

5. Get to know your future workplace

You gain an insight into your potential responsibilities, the team and our working environment. You also meet the relevant managers. During an on-site visit, we show you around our company and production facilities. Together, we explore whether we are a good fit, both professionally and personally, through an open conversation as equals.

6. Feedback and contract

You receive timely feedback after the interviews. If we both decide to move forward, we agree on the details and finalise your employment contract.
