WHISTLEBLOWER SYSTEM

Our whistleblower system offers employees, business partners, and other individuals who come into contact with ASIS GmbH in the course of their professional activities the opportunity to report potential legal violations and serious misconduct.

Reports received are reviewed and processed confidentially and in accordance with legal requirements.

Submit a Report

Reports can be submitted via email to the following address:

Reports received will be treated confidentially. Access to the reports is restricted exclusively to those responsible for receiving and processing them, as well as those assisting in this process.

Confidentiality

The identity of whistleblowers and any other individuals named in a report is protected in accordance with legal requirements. Information will only be disclosed to the extent permitted by law or necessary for processing the report.

Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, provided that the legal requirements for such protection are met.

Verbal Reports

In addition to submitting a report in writing, you may also submit a report orally. Upon request, a personal meeting can be arranged within a reasonable timeframe. To schedule a meeting, please contact meldestelle@asis-gmbh.de.

External Reporting Offices

Reports may also be submitted to a competent external reporting office. Whistleblowers generally have the choice between submitting a report internally or externally.

Information on the relevant external reporting offices and their respective reporting procedures is provided by the Federal External Reporting Office at the Federal Office of Justice.
